"The purpose of the Big Pond Association is to preserve, protect, monitor, maintain and enhance the environmental, aesthetic, recreational and economic values of Big Pond and its watershed and to provide education with respect thereto.
The Big Pond Association shall work in conjunction with federal, state, and local agencies, public and private, to benefit Big Pond, a body of water located in Otis, Massachusetts, owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and accessible to the general public"
